A series of full-scale vehicle to bicycle and pedestrian ATDs was conducted adjacent to the San Mateo Police Department, in Northern California. The featured video snapshot is a frontal collision between a Lincoln Town Car (curb weight of 4289lb) and a stationary pedestrian ATD at approximately 46mph.
