Visualization

Animation or collision simulation output may be used to demonstrate complex vehicle motion. Also, since collision events happen very quickly, slow-motion video playback or screen shots may be used to highlight particularly important aspects of the collision dynamics. Graphical and visual trial exhibits are often used to support expert testimony, because they increase a jury’s potential to understand complex and technical concepts.

Mr. Weiss uses aerial photography, scale diagrams, animations, video demonstrations, and digital slides to communicate complex concepts associated with vehicle collision dynamics and corresponding occupant kinematics.

Types of Animations include:

  • Traffic Collisions
  • Pre-Impact Vehicle Motion
  • Occupant Kinematics
  • Visibility and Conspicuity Issues
