Kurt Weiss and Santa Barbara Police Officer Mark Hunt were featured speakers at the CAARS 1st Quarter Training in San Jose and Santa Ana, January 2014. Registered members attending their presentation “The Application and Analysis of Video Reconstruction with Case Studies” received CEU’s.

Their 300+ slide presentation demonstrated the application of video footage in pre-collision and collision reconstruction analysis. Real world case studies illustrated how video can be used to supplement traditional crash reconstruction methods or to furnish or validate important information about the pre-crash event.
