Kurt Weiss is serving as the Engineering and Applied Sciences Section Program Chair for the upcoming American Academy of Forensic Sciences 74th Annual Scientific Meeting, in Seattle, Washington. The meeting with be held February 21-26, 2022 at the Washington State Convention Center. Mr. Weiss has previously served as Section Program Chair in 2008, 2009, 2020, and 2021.

The theme for the upcoming meeting is A Responsive Academy—Meeting and Surpassing the Challenges of a Modern Forensic Science World. Learn more about submission of abstracts on topics of interest to the forensic science community. The deadline for the submission of abstracts in September 1, 2021.
